What we collect
Account information (your name and email address), your chosen protocol and safety preferences, and the daily check-in data you enter (weight, hunger, energy, sleep, adherence, notes).
Where it lives
Early-access data is stored locally on your device by default. When account sync is enabled, encrypted copies are held in our backend so you can access your progress across devices.
What we don't do
We don't sell your health data. We don't share individual check-in information with advertisers or insurers. We don't use your data to train third-party AI models.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from your account. Contact us at hello@nutrival.app for anything else.
